It just surpassed its 1mlnth customer. — Time Warner Cable will use SupportSoft [SPRT] software for automated customer support for its Road Runner high-speed subs. — DirecTV filed suit against O.J. Simpson last week, claiming he pirated the DBS provider’s signal. It wants $20K from the former football player. (Can’t believe this; now, if he’d played for the Buccaneers…)
