Swiss digital tech firm Kudelski‘s software unit OpenTV and Nagravision, a multiscreen tech firm, filed a patent infringement suit against Apple in the US District Court for the Northern District of CA. The lawsuit alleges that Apple infringes on 5 patents owned by OpenTV and Nagravision. Apple couldn’t be reached immediately for comment.
