Integrated Broadband Services will provide fully integrated diagnostics and network management services to Choice Cable TV of Puerto Rico. IBBS, which currently works with 15 cable operators throughout the Caribbean and Latin America area (CALA), will furnish Choice with a full-service solution for its high-speed Internet product, intending to quickly and cost-effectively address and resolve customer issues, reduce truck rolls, call handle time and mean-time-to-repair, as well as drive higher levels of organizational performance. Choice Cable TV will utilize IBBS’ Broadband Explorer (BBX) hosted Diagnostics software.
