CTAM’s ’04 Hall of Fame nominees are: AMC’s "Monsterfest," Nick’s "The Big Help," Showtime’s "No Limits," Time Warner Cable of NY’s "We Just Might Surprise You" (produced by SS+K) and the VH1 Save the Music Foundation. The Hall of Fame honors the most influential marketing campaigns. Nominees must have launched at least 5 years ago and had a lasting impact on the company and cable. This year’s honoree will be inducted during a ceremony at CTAM Summit, July 18-21, Boston.
