Time Warner Cable officially rolled out HD/DVR service to its NYC market, encompassing the boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, NY, and Bergen County, NJ. High-end subs can have the 120Gb S-A "Explorer 8000HD" box for $8.95/month, with an equipment fee of $6.75/month. The service will be available in Staten Island and Hudson Valley counties next month.
