The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) has assembled a record number of exhibitors who will showcase solutions for alternative energy and service assurance in the “Green Pavilion” at SCTE Cable-Tec Expo in November in Atlanta.

Sixteen organizations and vendors of energy-related products and solutions are expected to present a comprehensive view of the energy and powering ecosystem during the Nov. 15-17 conference. The pavilion has been expanded this year to include Power Availability – including Disaster Preparedness, Network Availability and Business Services Availability – as well as such topics as Alternative and Renewable Powering; Backup Powering; Power Efficiency; Power Reduction; Recycling and Recovery; and Travel Reduction.
