Customer-service provider Jacada Inc. is providing a customer service enterprise software solution to Ziggo, reportedly the largest cable operator in the Netherlands, serving nearly 3 million households. The multiyear deal has Jacada will supplying Ziggo with solutions to integrate and automate vital applications enabling contact-center interactions along with automation to customer-service processes.
