Sigma Systems has announced that Grenada’s cable TV provider Flow has chosen its back-office solutions for broadband and voice over IP (VoIP) services.

Flow will use Sigma Systems’ Service Activation Manager for network provisioning and activation of its high-speed broadband and VoIP services. Flow will also use Sigma’s Device Provisioning Manager to auto-configure and provision residential end-user devices, including SIP devices.
