Flextronics completed its previously announced acquisition of Motorola Mobility’s manufacturing operations in Tianjin, China, and it has assumed the management and operation of the Jaguariuna, Brazil, facility. Employees and assets at both locations now are Flextronics staffers. The previously announced agreement also includes a manufacturing and services agreement for Motorola products.
