Time Warner Cable’s newly installed evp, product mgmt Peter Stern has assembled a team to champion the MSO’s residential products. New to the company is former Static/Playjam exec Joan Gillman, who was named vp, product mgmt, ITV. Fred Papardello shifts to vp, product mgmt operations, where he’ll coordinate various products and projects across all divisions. Bobby Benya becomes svp, On Demand, and Julie Simon’s title becomes vp, video, with responsibilities including digital user interface, HD and video packaging. Maura Fox’s new title in the group is vp, consumer video devices (i.e., DVRs) and Steve Cook is vp, Road Runner.
