The global VoIP services market, including residential and business services, totaled $63 billion in 2012, up 9 percent year over year, and she predicts the combined business/home VoIP market will reach nearly $83 billion in 2017. However, due to continued demand for cloud-based services, hosted VoIP and UC services revenue grew 17 percent last year, the most in any segment Infonetics analyzed.
