Sunflower Broadband began commercial deployment of Digeo’s "Moxi Media Center" last week to customers on a waiting list; broader deployments begin this week. Sunflower is the 1st NAS-based cable op to launch the Motorola Broadband Media Center 9012. Sunflower, which has about 40K subs in KA, is giving customers the option of leasing the boxes for $24.95/month or buying them for $795. The Moxi service is an additional $12.95/month, but subs with top programming packages get it for free. Subs that buy the BMC get the Moxi service free for 6 months.
