Belgacom is using Alcatel-Lucent’s Service Quality Manager (SQM) to report on a range of key performance and quality indicators (such as service availability and reliability), and it can use this information to improve corporate customer experience in the mobile voice, data and SMS services…S3 Group, a Calif.-based mixed-signal IP supplier and IC design service provider, is continuing to work with Siano Mobile Silicon in the development of Siano’s mobile-TV chipsets. Siano says it’s a “close partner” with global Tier 1 PC, mobile-handset and home-entertainment manufacturers, with a customer base that includes Samsung, Motorola, LG, ZTE, Huawei, Belkin, AudioVox, Dell and Lenovo.
