Neb.-based Optica Network Technologies, a designer and builder of wireless and wireline networks that operates as a subsidiary of Pinpoint Holdings, has consolidated its operations with Pinpoint Towers, also a subsidiary of Pinpoint Holdings, specializing in the installation, repair and maintenance of telecommunications towers for cellular, radio and broadband providers.  The combined companies will operate as one under the Optica Network Technologies name…Hibernia Media, the video transport division of Hibernia Atlantic, is buying the TeliaSonera International Carrier (TSIC) MediaConnect business in Europe and the United States. The expanded network will connect 17 European markets via Hibernia’s U.S. footprint…Espial joined the Open IPTV Forum.
