Cox Communications today rolled out mobile phone and high-speed Internet service throughout Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla., marking the fourth and fifth wireless cities for Cox, following the company’s initial launch in Hampton Roads, Va., Omaha, Neb. and Orange County, Calif. Prior to today’s launch, Cox began marketing the wireless service in Oklahoma. (For more, click here).

Cox will soon launch wireless service in its New England market, which includes Rhode Island and Cox communities in Connecticut and Cleveland, Ohio. Later this year, the company will introduce Cox Wireless in additional markets, bringing its wireless service to more than 50 percent of its footprint.
