CommScope will exhibit a new backup power fuel cell solution in the SCTE’s Green Pavilion at Cable-Tec Expo. CommScope’s Fuel Cell Cabinet utilizes hydrogen-powered fuel cells to provide an environmentally friendly DC backup power solution for cable network headends and hub equipment. Unlike diesel generators or batteries, the only by-products of hydrogen fuel cells are heat and water.
