AFC chmn & CEO John Schofield will join Tellabs as COO when the deal closes later this year. Verizon, which launched its aggressive FTTP initiative yesterday, tapped AFC as one of its primary vendors. — Viacom [VIA] declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents/share on its Class A and B Common Stock, payable July 1.
