Cox finalized the sale of several rural systems serving 54K subs in OK, KS, TX, MO and AR to Buford Media subsidiary Allegiance Comm. Daniels represented Cox. The deal was announced in ’03 (Cfax 11/13/03). — Outdoor Channel Holdings and The Outdoor Channel agreed to merge. Holdings will acquire the 18% of stock it doesn’t already own in the Channel.
