Vyyo [VYYO] will acquire substantially all the shares of Israel’s Xtend Networks, which provides solutions to increase the bandwidth of last-mile cable TV networks. The price? Not more than $19.6mln. Vyyo will issue about 1.4mln shares of common stock and 146K shares of restricted stock as well as up to $10.7mln in cash. — SCTE launched broadband search engine "InfoScope" Mon on its Web page (http://info.scte.org).
