Outdoor Channel Holdings will restate ’04 3Q results and ’04 year-end results. It said the restatement is primarily related to an accounting correction and will not negatively impact results. — Hallmark Channel parent Crown won approval to continue to have its stock traded on the Nasdaq even though it’s delayed filing an ’04 annual report. The company must file its 10-K with the SEC by June 15 for continued listing.
