The FCC said Viacom will pay $3.5mln as part of a consent decree for broadcasting indecent material on TV and radio. Not included in the settlement is the $550K Boobiegate fine, about which Les Moonves recently said he’ll "fight all the way to the highest court." (He maintains CBS knew nothing of Janet Jackson’s intentions during the Super Bowl fiasco, and as such shouldn’t be burdened with the debt.)
