Best Advice in 7 Words or Less: Surround yourself with Tiggers not Eyores!

Why Her? A savvy businesswoman and entrepreneurs’ champion, Grossman continues to take HSN to greater heights by embracing innovative partnerships that meld commerce with entertainment. In the last year, she has ramped up the network’s collaboration with film studios to create product lines and events inspired by popular films like “The Help” and “Snow White and the Huntsman.” The result? Awareness of the films skyrocketed. Another strategic focus for Grossman is music. Sales of artist releases from Rod Stewart and Lionel Richie broke records. Moving forward we’ll see more technological innovation from the network. It already used QR codes on-air to sell merchandise during a three-day pilot event in 2011 and will continue to explore opportunities with online, mobile and gaming platforms with which to engage customers. It’s shopping like you’ve never seen it.
