Why Him? A trusted adviser to Glenn Britt, Marcus is known as a straight shooter. His no-nonsense brand of leadership gets the job done quickly, an approach that leaves room for creative problem solving and innovation. Take, for instance, TWC’s upcoming cloud-based guide and its plan to make its TV app available outside the home, initiatives that Marcus recently discussed with the investment community. He runs the MSO’s business operations, which extends to more than 15 million customers in 29 states, and is particularly focused on driving efficiencies into customer-facing operations. In August, Marcus was elected to the Museum of the Moving Image Board of Trustees. He also serves on the board of New Alternatives for Children (NAC), which provides support for families caring for children with special medical needs at home.
