Best Advice in 7 Words or Less: Effort is the thing you can control.

Connors’ philosophy is to outwork and out-hustle. When it comes to success, he says, “You have to constantly put points on the board of life—it’s ok to look over your shoulder because someone is gaining on you!” That’s the right attitude to have when leading residential and business ops for more than 17 million subs across 15 states. Together Connors, Casey and White were responsible for billions in revenue (approx $35.4 billion in revenue in 2010 alone). And we think that’s downright Comcastic. All-digital deployment, HD and on demand channel increases, and multicultural programming are all top of mind for these three executives, who are also making inroads in the small-and-medium-sized business services market.
