Why Her? “Ancora Imparo.” Translation, “Still I Learn.” Lynch says that’s one of her favorite quotes by Michelangelo, and it explains where her enthusiasm and stamina come from. Lynch oversees all aspects of operations for a high profile territory—Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Peninsula. Responsible for 600 employees, she negotiates labor agreements and deals with vendors and suppliers. She oversaw the launch of Skype on Xfinity, deployed Xfinity WiFi, and converted Silicon Valley and San Francisco to an all-digital delivery system. Launching the latest version of Comcast’s X1 platform, as well as a cloud DVR.
