Roger Ailes
Title: President, Fox News Channel
Education: Majored in radio and television, Ohio University

Why Him? Ailes has played a behind the scenes role as the head of Fox News since 1998. But lately the exec’s varied career, which includes his role as media adviser to three different United States Presidents, executive producer of “The Mike Douglas Show,” founder of Ailes Communications, and Chairman of the Fox Television Stations Group, has prompted authors to make him the subject of at least three different books. Roger Ailes: Off Camera by Zev Chafets hit bookshelves in March. New York magazine writer Gabriel Sherman’s book, The Loudest Voice in the Room: Fox News and the Making of America, is set for a January 2014 release. The third tome reportedly will be written by Ailes himself; however no publication date has been announced. Ailes also will soon be recipient of the 2013 Bradley Prize, given by the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation. ?
