Hackley is responsible for Greater Boston’s sales, customer service, network engineering, programming, tech operations and community investment. Thanks to his leadership, by the end of the year most of the region’s HD customers will have access to more than 100 HD channels, as a result of the digital network upgrade. Plus, he led the region through the Xfinity app launch. In addition, Hackley is fiercely passionate about customer service and employee engagement. He was behind the launch of the Comcast Customer Guarantee, and his HQ is consistently found on the Boston Globe’s best places to work list.
