Best Advice in 7 Words or Less: Pick a career and not just a job.

Why Him? “Take care of employees, and they’ll take care of customers, and the numbers will take care of themselves.” That has been Crowley’s mantra, and his results are starting to match his words. This year the team introduced the most new products and services they ever have launched in a single year, surpassing subscriber goals and exceeding customer expectations with higher broadband speeds and value-added products such as Xfinity and Voice2go.

The one thing I’d do differently if I could go back to high school: Be more appreciative of my teachers as I now realize as a parent how challenging their jobs can be sometimes.
 
On a Saturday afternoon, you can find me…. spending time with my family, doing projects around the house, or if I am lucky playing golf with friends.
 
This is the hobby I’ve been itching to try, but haven’t found time: Playing the guitar

Film fest or music festival? Music festival
 
The other subject I wish I’d picked for my college major: Any subject while taking a semester abroad. I wish I would have expanded my horizons and traveled a bit more during the college years.
 
Favorite airport? Cancun or any of the Caribbean airports because it means my vacation is about to start!
 
I watch the majority of programming on this device: My DVR
 
If I could tell my 21-year-old self something today, it would be… invest in two “new” companies called Apple and Google.
 
The biggest lesson I learned from my kid(s) this year was… don’t lose our sense of adventure. My daughter studied abroad in Rome, and we visited Italy and had a great family vacation with memories that will last a lifetime.
 
I wish Congress would just… work together for the betterment of the country and not just their own political party.
 
Favorite vacation spot? Riveria Maya, Mexico
 
The biggest innovation in cable over the last year: Comcast’s new Xfinity Home security and home automation platform.
