Title: Regional SVP, Beltway Region, Comcast

Why Him? Coughlin oversees the region where lawmakers not only work on legislation that could affect cable, but are often his residential customers. No pressure, right? It’s a good thing that Coughlin knows how to navigate this high-profile, under-the-microscope hornet’s nest. As he focuses on day-to-day operations, his ability to gain volunteers and support the community around him has made him an invaluable part of Comcast’s team. For example, he headed the fourth-largest Comcast Cares Day Project in the nation with more than 4,600 volunteers. Coughlin’s outlook for this year is expressed in his region-wide engagement campaign “2013: The Year of We Own Winning.”
