Observer 7.0 users can log MPEG transport streams continuously as well as stream and export content to all stakeholders in the media enterprise, the company says…Miranda Technologies (a Belden brand) has partnered with Paris-based Cognacq-Jay Image (CJI) to provide a monitoring and control system featuring solutions from Miranda. The Miranda system helps Cognacq-Jay Image monitor and control broadcast playout for 20 linear channels with a system comprised of Miranda’s iControl Playout Manager, Kaleido-X multiviewers, Densité modular cards, NVISION routers and “fingerprint” media identification technology…Streaming video provider iStreamPlanet is moving its portfolio of media workload products and services to the cloud, including live and live linear video; transcoding for video on demand (VOD); an advanced metadata framework service for authentication, authorization, and ID federation; and media encryption and license-clearing services.
