Yospace is unveiling its CSM Cloud Network, what it claims is the first distributed network of servers specializing in OTT simulcast delivery with dynamic content-replacement capabilities. The first phase of the network has been rolled out throughout North America and Europe, allowing operators to establish simulcast streaming services with personalized content replacement without having to move from their established content-delivery-network partners…TiVo and Verimatrix are touting a partnership they say enables operators to provide an integrated video experience for their subscribers while protecting revenue streams through the security features of  the Verimatrix Video Content Authority System (VCAS) via advanced hybrid set-top boxes (STBs) using TiVo’s user interface and through TiVo’s tablet-, smartphone- and browser-based experiences…The Envivio 4Caster G4 encoding appliance for the Envivio Muse software-based encoder family offers 6x density compared with the current platform — up to 72 SD or 12 HD channels per 2RU chassis, with the potential for future density improvements. 4Caster G4 supports such next-gen codecs as HEVC…Adobe will demo its Adobe Anywhere for video, a collaborative workflow platform for those using Adobe professional video tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro. The company also is offering a new promotional offer for individuals and organizations that use such alternative nonlinear editing solutions as Apple Final Cut Pro or Avid Media Composer and that want to switch to Adobe Creative Suite CS6 Production Premium and Adobe Creative Cloud. Qualified purchasers are eligible for 30-percent off Production Premium or 40 percent off annual membership to Adobe Creative Cloud.
