It started with incoming Time Warner Cable CEO Rob Marcus’ comments on the CBS dispute that left customers without CBS O&Os and Showtime for a month. “It definitely had a subscriber impact,” both in new connects and in disconnects, he said at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s media conference. CBS chief Les Moonves comments and meanwhile the House Communications subcmte discusses retrans in Washington.
