Microsoft ’s voting and audience engagement platform Bing Pulse is teaming with CNN and MSNBC to offer direct viewer sentiment during President Obama’s State of the Union speech on Tues. While each net will use the platform in completely different ways, both are expected to provide real-time feedback about the speech. In addition, Bing Pulse’s voting technology will be available for viewers to agree or disagree with what the president has to say, and the results of the sentiment will be shared instantly. Microsoft said the platform will be part of the nets’ coverage of the 2016 presidential elections.
