Earlier today at the International CTIA Wireless 2012 show in New Orleans, BeQuick Software, a developer of customer lifecycle and billing solutions to communications service providers, launched Fusion, a hosted, cloud-based billing-and-fulfillment solution that helps wireless providers win more customers.
Fusion supports MVNOs, resellers and agents, mobile broadband service providers, and application-based services. Available now, its secure multi-tenant architecture “leverages BeQuick’s 100-percent uptime record and supports the entire wireless customer lifecycle with the power of the cloud and the reliability of a hosted solution,” the company says. ??
From CRM, agent care and automated order capture through fulfillment, billing, e-commerce, payment and analytical dashboards, Fusion offers the back-office capabilities wireless businesses need. Its hosted, cloud-based, multi-tenant architecture combines SAS 70 Type II certification and PCI compliance with advanced intrusion detection, quadruple backup and nightly offsite data storage to help ensure security and reliability.
Fusion’s XML APIs offer more than 50 API calls, providing componentized access to the full span of its functional power. Fusion also comes pre-integrated with local carriers; printers; payment gateways; taxation modules; and a range of carrier, auditing and reconciliation interfaces.?
