Combined with the WorkAssure AutoETA module, this will let service providers offers automated day-before reminder times, notification for tech arrival time within a 30-minute window and post-visit surveys. WorkAssure AutoETA in combination with SkyCreek’s INTERACT accommodate any multichannel customer interaction strategy, it monitors and manages resulting customer experiences, and it adjusts customer-specific contact and “do not contact” logic…Terremark, a Verizon company, is helping NetApp, a provider of storage and data management solutions, improve the speed, responsiveness and efficiency of pre- and post-sales support for its global customers. NetApp says it’s leveraging Terremark Enterprise Cloud public and private cloud resources to develop and host a variety of tools to improve the effectiveness of system engineering and professional service teams.
