The carrier also is offering free emergency call-forwarding service…ARRIS Group Inc. integrated its WorkAssure workforce-management solution with SkyCreek’s automated multichannel customer-contact technologies. The integrated solution reportedly will allow a service provider already using the ARRIS WorkAssure system to automate communications to customers, confirming their availability for scheduled appointments. Combined with the WorkAssure AutoETA module, this will let service providers offers automated day-before reminder times, notification for tech arrival time within a 30-minute window and post-visit surveys. WorkAssure AutoETA in combination with SkyCreek’s INTERACT accommodate any multichannel customer interaction strategy, it monitors and manages resulting customer experiences, and it adjusts customer-specific contact and “do not contact” logic…Terremark, a Verizon company, is helping NetApp, a provider of storage and data management solutions, improve the speed, responsiveness and efficiency of pre- and post-sales support for its global customers. NetApp says it’s leveraging Terremark Enterprise Cloud public and private cloud resources to develop and host a variety of tools to improve the effectiveness of system engineering and professional service teams.
