Virgin Media became ad tech firm BlackArrow ’s 1st EU cable operator customer. The move came after BlackArrow launched its EU office in London a few months ago. Under the deal, Virgin Media will use BlackArrow’s multi-screen and cross-platform advertising technology to enhance its VOD platform and its TVE platform Virgin TV Anywhere. The deal is expected to allow the op to better target ad campaigns across its TV service and reach 5.3mln TV screens across UK.
