That was the theme of the Sen Commerce subcmte’s hearing on wireless Tues, and while much centered on the expected incentive auction, members—especially subcmte head Mark Pryor (D-AR)—also focused on using more unlicensed spectrum/WiFi, a concept supported by cable.
