FX’s O.J. Series Topped 18-49 Ratings Last Week

For a second week in a row, FX’s “The People v. O.J. Simpson” Tuesday night scored high with 18-49s, according to Nielsen’s look at Live+SD average ratings of cable telecasts for the week of 2/8-2/14. The series’ second episode, part of the first season of “American Crime Story,” pulled in 1.913 million average Live+SD viewers. Other 18-49s on Tuesday night watched airings of “Family Guy” on Adult Swim at 11pm (1.471 million) and 11:30pm (1.467 million).
Without any major sports events culling eyeballs, other shows made it into the top 10 this week. But “WWE Raw” on Monday was still number two, with 1.794 million average viewers Live+SD for the 9pm showing. Discovery had two shows in the top 10 this week: “Gold Rush” had 1.432 million and “Fast N’ Loud” garnered 1.387 million. VH1’s “Love and Hip Hop” made the list as usual, and while competing with WWE Raw on Monday night at 8pm, it scored 1.736 million 18-49s. MTV’s “Teen Mom” also made the cut with 1.384 million.
