Another court win for Aereo puts the streaming service in a good position, with the US 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals denying broadcasters’ request for a preliminary injunction. But it ain’t over. Broadcasters, which include Fox, Univision, PBS and others, expressed disappointment but believe they will ultimately prevail.
