AMC Nets claim DISH is threatening to drop its channels following a ruling last month that denied a pre-trial appeal in an ongoing Voom HD litigation. But DISH says it opted not to renew the nets solely based on their high price and low ratings, and that the Voom litigation is a separate matter.
