Oprah’s Lifeclass – Harpo Studios

OWN has found its sea legs lately, and that’s due in no small part to Oprah Winfrey’s renewed involvement in the network. And while shows like “Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s” and Tyler Perry’s “The Haves and the Have Nots” are helping to boost ratings, it’s also nice to see that Winfrey hasn’t forgotten her spiritual and self-improvement roots—all of which comes through in her “Oprah’s Lifeclass” series that offers tips and suggestions for how viewers can live their best lives. It’s inspirational. It’s positive. And frankly it’s far too much of a rarity on TV these days. We can only hope that OWN fills even more of its schedule with such life-affirming programming.
