Netflix has added longtime cable vet Anne Sweeney to its board, as well as Microsoft Corp’s evp and general counsel, legal and corporate affairs Brad Smith. Sweeney was most recently co-chair of Disney Media Networks and president of Disney-ABC Television at the Walt Disney Co. She’s led FX Networks, and also worked for Fox Entertainments Networks and Nickelodeon. Netflix now has nine board of directors in all.
