Leading cable ladies continued to shine brightly as summer neared its close, with Angie Harmon, Piper Perabo and Kyra Sedgwick respectively helping TNT’s “Rizzoli & Isles” (2.75mln), USA’s “Covert Affairs” (2.68mln) and TNT’s “The Closer” (2.49mln) pace cable in time-shifted viewership (live+7) differential during the week of Aug 30-Sept 5. MTV’s “Jersey Shore” (2.25mln) notched 4th, Disney Channel’s “Camp Rock 2-Final Jam” (2.21mln) 5th and Lifetime’s “Project Runway” (2.17mln) 6th. 3 male-led series followed, USA’s “White Collar” (2.10mln), TNT’s “Leverage” (2.09mln) and USA’s “Psych” (1.90mln), while E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” (1.78mln) completed the top 10.
