It’s become a fruitless exercise to try and keep up with cable football this season among 18-49s (Live+SD), and ESPNs MNF again dominated during the week of Dec 7-13 with 6.93mln in the demo. While nets found it hard to maintain football’s pace, numerous viewers in the demo (3.14mln) decided to try their hand at “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” on E!. More football followed, including NFL Net’s Thurs night game (2.48mln) and ESPN’s Heisman Trophy telecast (2.47mln). 1-hour blocks of WWE on USA notched 5th and 7th, and together averaged 2.29mln to buttress the season finale of Bravo’s “Top Chef” (2.33mln). Completing the top 10 were the premiere of TNT’s “Men of a Certain Age” (2.07mln), ESPN’s post-MNF “SportsCenter” (2.04mln) and TNT’s “The Closer” (1.88mln). (Data provided by Nielsen)
