Top Cable Programs (18-49) – Week of 9/27/10

ESPN’s MNF was really only in competition with itself regarding delivery among 18-49s (live+SD) on cable during the week of Sept 27-Oct 3, running away from the, er, pack as the Packers-Bears game delivered 9.43mln in the demo. That total was 17% higher than the prior week’s Saints-49ers tilt. MTV’s “Jersey Shore” (4.52mln) and the franchise’s “After Hours” (3.18mln) program were next, followed by the net’s “Teen Mom 2” (3.12mln) and the post-MNF edition of “SportsCenter” (2.75mln). E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” (2.38mln) opened the 2nd tier, ahead of FX’s “Sons of Anarchy” (2.07mln) and ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown” (2.01mln). HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire” (1.90mln) and the 2nd hour of WWE grappling on USA (1.82mln) completed the top 10. (Data provided by Nielsen)
