Top Cable Programs (18-49) – Week of 7/5/10

Little stirs ratings like controversy. ESPN’s panned coverage of LeBron James’ free agent choice within “The Decision” led cable among 18-49s during the week of Jul 5-11 with 5.71mln in the demo, and the race wasn’t even close. Well back in 2nd was HBO’s “True Blood” (3.51mln), followed by eps of History’s “Pawn Stars” (3.27mln) and Discovery Channel’s “Deadliest Catch” (3.18mln). HBO’s “Break” (3.13mln) notched 5th, an additional ep of Pawn (3.12mln) 6th and an hour of WWE on USA (2.53mln) 7th. Completing the top 10 were History’s “American Pickers” (2.26mln), an additional hour of WWE (2.14mln) and Discovery’s “After the Catch” (2.04mln). (Data provided by Nielsen)
