Dana Jordan Vyve Christmas Card
Dana Jordan’s angel design will be featured on Vyve’s official 2017 Christmas card.

Vyve Broadband communities rang in the holiday season with the company’s annual Christmas Card Contest, which garnered more than 1,000 entries from all eight of the company’s service area states.

The initiative invites kids’ age 3-12 living in a Vyve market to design a card embodying what “Christmas Spirit” means to them. This year’s winner was 11-year-old Dana Jordan from Broxton Mary Hayes Elementary School in Broxton, GA. Her drawing of an angel peacefully praying will be featured on Vyve’s official Christmas card and distributed to more than 200,000 households. Jordan will also receive an iPad mini, $200 in art supplies for her school and a school-wide cookies and cocoa party.

This marks the third year Vyve has held the contest. The operator serves largely rural communities in OK, TX, AR, KS, LA, TN, GA and WY. Jordan’s design was sent to Hallmark Business Connections, who will produce Vyve’s official Christmas card.
