ABC Family’s “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” (1.23mln) stepped up to lead cable in time-shifted viewership (live+7) differential from Mar 23-29, leading Comedy Central’s “South Park” (1.10mln) and 2 eps of TLC’s “Jon & Kate Plus 8” that averaged 914K. Comedy Central’s “Important Things” (697K) took 5th, Nickelodeon’s “Penguins of Madagascar” (686K) 6th, and TNT’s “Saving Grace” (670K) 7th. Completing the top 10 were E!’s “The Soup” (661K), Disney Channel’s “Hannah Montana” (612K) and Nick’s “Kids’ Choice Awards” (603K).
