There is no “off season” for Bass and her team, who continue to work on various agreements with league partners and new business opportunities year round. The game plan is to explore new opportunities, identify and assist with negotiations of sports rights deals in an ever-changing industry. Away from work, Bass is a fierce competitor, lending her support to Cycle for Survival, a movement that fights rare cancers. She is a member of the Women’s Sports Foundation, which strives to create future female leaders by providing them access to sports.
