One Word that Best Describes Me: Teamwork

Weed, who founded Wave Broadband in 2003, is a big proponent of Wave’s agility in competing with more entrenched, larger competitors such as CenturyLink and Comcast that have to support far slower legacy technologies on their networks. He’s known for maintaining a consistent team and as a leader who calmly surveys the landscape before he directs his team to choose a path. Knorr, Schattenkerk and newest Wave team member Zeitz are tireless foot soldiers. With more than 190,000 miles of fiber up and down the West Coast, Wave has grown into a telecom leader with clients stretching from the Canadian border to California. In January, Wave purchased Cascade Networks, and Zeitz was a key part of the acquisition.
